What is Free-Mo ?
Free-mo was developed with the idea that a set of standards focusing mainly on module endplates would enable faithful modeling of prototype trackplans and operations in a modular environment. The length and track configuration of a Free-mo module or module set is up to the modeler.
This allows us to set up the CASO-Free-Mo in different configurations depending on which members are available for setup and size of the room we will be operating in. Though ideally, we would like to set up the modules in the same order east-west that the real locations are situated - some situations may arise that forces us to setup in a non-geographical order.
